Buy-a-Book
Each school year students are given required reading lists. Books on these lists may not always be readily available through school and public libraries.
In addition, the Library has lists of books and book series that patrons have requested be added to the Library collection. Budgeted funds may not always allow for these purchases.
Toward meeting these needs, the Prescott Valley Public Library Foundation has partnered with local schools and the PV Public Library. In the near future, the Foundation plans to publish these book lists to this website for your review. You will be given the opportunity to select the book, book series or media you would like to buy for the Library. Initially, we will focus on Children’s books and media.
- When you “Buy a Book” from a student reading list, the Library will make sure that book is held in reserve for students’ use.
- When you “Buy a Book” for the Library, a book plate will be placed inside the book with your name as donor. We can customize the book plate to include your name, or a person or child you wish to honor. This is also a great way to honor a child or grandchild’s birthday.
- We can accept your designated donation today to “Buy a Book”. Just fill out the “Buy a Book” form on this page.
